Summary:
The Commercial Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating and underwriting loan applications for businesses seeking financing.
The position requires a strong understanding of lending practices, financial analysis, and credit underwriting.
The Commercial Loan Officer will work with potential borrowers to gather necessary information and ensure that loan applications are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate loan applications and creditworthiness of potential borrowers Work with applicants to gather financial and other relevant information Determine the appropriate loan structure and terms based on the borrower's needs Underwrite loans in accordance with established policies and procedures Present loan recommendations to the loan committee for approval Monitor loan performance and communicate with borrowers to ensure compliance with loan agreements Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, accountants, attorneys, and other professionals to generate new loan opportunities Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to commercial lending Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial lending experience Strong understanding of financial analysis and credit underwriting Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements Familiarity with loan origination software and other relevant technology Quick Apply.
