Hours:
Monday - Friday 7am-5pm Job Functions &
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls Process payments for utility bills Assist with Accounts Receivable Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person Provide general admin duties including typing, filing, faxing and mailings Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Experience in office administration and/or customer service Some knowledge in accounting is a PLUS Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate in English Fluent in Spanish is a plus Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel Must be punctual and dependable Physical Requirements:
