Communications Operations Senior Associate (remote)

Description This is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States.
We are seeking a high-energy, dynamic, business-savvy communications professional to help the Commercial Communications team scale its reach and impact across the large, diverse, Americas Associate audience.
The Senior Associate will support and enable the Americas communications team to reach key audiences with compelling and inspiring content, delivered through an impactful channel strategy.
Working closely with the Americas Communications leader, you will support the creation, distribution and measurement of communications supporting the Americas region business leader, including internal leadership memos, Town Hall presentations, articles for the intranet site, and leaders' Viva Engage (Yammer) posts.
You will provide design support for leaders' communications materials, post/send/distribute content, manage distribution lists and communications channels, and measure the impact and effectiveness of the content.
You have outstanding organizational, writing, editing, and design skills and value collaboration towards a common goal.
This role is based in the United States and reports to the Americas Communications leader.
Duties/Responsibilities Editorial content management and distribution oManage the Americas Communications editorial calendar, keeping it up to date and in sync with the broader Commercial and Corporate Communications editorial calendar(s) oDistribute content via internal channels, including the company intranet, Teams channels, Engage (Yammer), regional and leader email boxes, in support of campaigns led by Industry BU communications teams oProvide writing, editing and design support for Leader presentations, staff memos, internal blog posts, etc.
oEdit videos in line with Cognizant brand guidelines to be uploaded to Cognizant's internal video platform for distribution across the Americas region and Associated Business units.
oSupport Canada field marketing leader in coordinating and distributing country leader employee memos Operational support for executive communications oOwn and manage internal communications distribution lists, working with Americas HR, global communications colleagues, and IT to update and troubleshoot as needed.
oOrganize logistics and technical support for Americas Leader Town Halls (send invites, prepare video conference platform, manage recordings, etc).
oDistribute Americas leader messages via Outlook and mass mailing tools Team coordination oWork with team to document and maintain regional processes, playbooks and checklists, ensuring they are kept up to date oMaintain Americas TEAMS channel and associated files.
oDocument BU external communications in coordination with BU communicaitons leads in Corporate PR tracker.
Required Skills/Abilities Bachelor's Degree (Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism or Marketing degree preferred) 5
years of experience in program management, change management, or corporate communications.
A creative thinker who can produce and edit communications collateral for a variety of channels and formats (video, PowerPoint, social media, etc) Ability collaborate and execute in a matrixed organization with multiple project teams and timelines oStrong organizational and project management skills oExcellent English writing skills What we offer you:

The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $95,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
