Hours:
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Job Functions &
Responsibilities:
Support the purchasing department Create strong relationships with vendor representatives Follow up with all back-orders and missing items for each vendor Follow up with inventory for each branch and transfer materials when branch inventory is low May need to go into the warehouse to check inventory and follow up on orders Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Specific industry-related experience is helpful, but not required; will train the right candidate Solid computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills Flexibility with work demands, meeting constant deadlines, and accomplish assigned tasks in a timely manner Must possess the ability to clearly and effectively communicate in English Strong motivation to learn and excel within the working environment Bachelor's degree is preferred, or work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree Why should you work with us?
