Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role preferred - Proficient in using computerized systems for reservations, check-ins, and check-outs - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information - Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus - Experience as a dental receptionist or in an office/clerical role is beneficial - Ability to transcribe information accurately is an asset We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages for our employees.
