The Bookkeeper will maintain records of financial transactions, general ledger, recordings of debit and credit cards, and reconciliation of entries into their accounting system.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity.
Bookkeeper Responsibilities Process and manage all aspects of payroll including calculating hours and deductions, new hires, and terminations Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and additional benefits Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports Resolve payroll discrepancies, answering employee questions about payroll and benefits Monitor variances from the projected budget Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including tax and labor laws Bookkeeper Requirements Associate Degree or at least 1 year experience as Bookkeeper Basic Accounting knowledge Knowledge of IFRS or U.
S.
GAAP accounting framework Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience in QuickBooks, XERO, Zoho, or Fresh Books a plus Schedule:
