We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team.
As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles in our parking lot.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with finding parking spaces - Monitor parking lot activity to prevent unauthorized parking or misuse of spaces - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking lot - Assist customers with retrieving their vehicles when needed - Provide information about parking rates, policies, and procedures to customers - Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management Skills:
- Experience in valet parking or similar role is preferred - Familiarity with dealership or retail environment is a plus - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous for effective communication with diverse customers - Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and efficiently - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
