- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed - Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions - Monitor and document client's health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Safely lift and transfer clients using proper body mechanics and assistive devices - Ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals by monitoring their environment, identifying potential hazards, and intervening in crisis situations when necessary - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Requirements:
