A global products manufacturer with a strong footprint in healthcare equipment is interested in hiring a Director of Product Marketing to lead their expanding business and manage a product marketing team. This position is highly visible in the organization, directly reporting to the Vice President of the business unit. The company has a full relocation package to their New Jersey location.
The Director of Product Marketing will be responsible for managing products from concept to commercialization, multiple product launches and P&L management. The environment is fast paced and entrepreneurial, and relies on a strong ability to work cross-functionally.
Requirements:
o 8
years' of experience in medical device marketing
o Launch experience in Women's Healthcare, specifically in Ultrasound products o Successful experience managing a P&L to sales and profit targets
o A track record of successful, multiple product launches
o Proficient in social media marketing methods o Experience managing direct employees
o Bachelor's Degree, MBA strongly preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
