Summary:
Creative Circle is a dynamic, national creative services staffing firm experiencing unprecedented growth. We are opening new offices and expanding/relocating existing offices in major U.S. and International cities. This position will support the activities of each local office in facility-related matters and act as Primary Point-of-Contact for internal users for day-to-day Real Estate Occupancy issues. In addition, this position will support the Real Estate/Facilities Director in every phase of work as required including Planning, Design, Construction, Office Moves, Financial Administration, Lease Administration, Logistics, Project Closeouts, Furniture Ordering and placement, Serviced Office Administration and will act as the Primary Liaison with all Landlords for office transition and facilities issues. This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and it is expected that the person filling this position will own the entire Facilities environment.

Act as primary point of contact with all Landlords/Serviced-Office Companies.
Review & supervise Landlord provision of services under individual leases.
Make all Parking arrangements
Act as primary point-of-contact for all Building Notifications and circulate to City Offices as necessary.
Follow-up regularly with individual Building Managing Agents to insure smooth relations with Landlords.
Periodically audit order volumes/vendors for commonly-ordered items to locate efficiencies.
Coordinate requestsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
