IT Business Analyst

DescriptionPosition Summary: The IT Business Analyst will provide analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
Skills: Knowledge of Jira and Confluence a plus. Knowledge of healthcare industry a plus
Experience: 5+ years of relevant industry experience required
Scrum experience highly desirable
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile development processes
Proven experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation, process flows and wireframes to communicate a set of functional requirements
Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements and documents
Strong understanding of iterative software development
o Participate in requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with stakeholders, developers, designers, QA analysts and internal/external customers
o Elicit, capture, analyze, refine, articulate and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation via approved processes
o Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle
o Balance business requirements with technical feasibility and sustainability
o Synthesize complex information and user feedback into concise, readable, well-defined business requirements
o Assist with product backlog maintenance and grooming
o Participate in Agile cadences such as Scrum standup meetings, backlog grooming sessions, review and retrospective meetings
o Ensure that appropriate project documentation is produced throughout the project lifecycle
o Lead and analyze business processes/systems, identify inefficiencies and required controls, document procedures, and track KPI's.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
