Digital Content Strategist

Job ID: 00030232041 As a Digital Content Strategist, you will need to be part researcher, part journalist and part analytics expert to uncover what content resonates with users and what is going to make them move forward in the buyer's journey. With the metrics, tools and content delivery containers available to you, you're constantly looking for ways to improve/optimize new and existing content.   Roles/Responsibilities: You will be a storyteller that knows how to write engaging and enticing copy that showcases not features or even benefits, but emotion provoking solutions to their biggest problems. Work with various Business Partners across the organization including sales, consulting, field marketing and customers to understand and identify with confidence what messaging/UVPs resonate with real customers, then translate this into succinct copy for digital experiences. Partner with internal SEO owners to find opportunities to increase new visitor traffic, and implement the relevant content strategies Formulate the content strategy to support messaging for target accounts and existing clients Collaborate with thought leadership group to provide insight into the content needed for specific accounts/industries Develop and maintain a formalized, real-time system to monitor key account activity on Cognizant.com via analytics that will be used to guide the messaging for key accounts; collaborate with Field Marketing team to translate that information into insight Serve as the SME/evangelist for customized/personalized content marketing for the company, ensuring the metrics/results are elevated to other campaigns/projects that impact the health of the brand and socialized in larger projects when required Collaborate and report on account-based marketing efforts to ensure alignment Define and create a repeatable process for marketing and sales to closely collaborate within the account-based marketing program Be the go-to analytics expert on the content team--be able to synthesize information from web analytics, usability testing, emerging web content practices and changing business objectives to optimize content effectiveness and discoverability Iterate copy for A/B testing and personalization. Reviews effectiveness of executed content strategies and adjusts plans as necessary. Proven success working and developing relationships across different Business Partners and teams. The ability to work independently with minimal direction or guidance. You will stays abreast of current concepts, techniques and technology to offer contemporary solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or writing; Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years proven experience developing content for Web. Minimum of 2 years' experience deriving insights from analytics, including knowledge of standard methodologies for SEO and AP writing style. Excellent planning, organizational and successful project management skills in order to translate, define, coordinate and manage project requirements based on key business input. Excellent oral and written communications, a good command of the English language and ability to provide clear communications among all colleagues. Ability to interact comfortably with high-level staff and executives. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; cope with changing priorities and complete projects with competing deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, AEM and Workfront An ability to work independently on a project or collaboratively as a teammate and able to integrate with a diverse team with varying opinions and ideas.   Our strength is built on working collaboratively. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
